Potato Bites

A quick and easy snack for entertaining, or simply a tasty nibble for a movie night at home.
Prep time: 5 min
Cook time: 10 min
Total time: 15 min
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 - 6 medium sized potatoes
5ml Olive Oil
5ml Paprika
Coarse Salt & Pepper to taste
Tangy Dip
100ml Mayonnaise
Pinch of Peri Peri
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes and cut into bite sized squares
2. Place in a bowl, and microwave for approx. 5 minutes, or until soft
3. Once cooked, sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika and mix well.
4. In a non stick pan, heat the oil and add the cooked potatoes.
5. Saute the potatoes lightly until light golden color.
